Please note the following house rules: Guests are required to complete their online check-in and to provide a photo of their passport through our management system in accordance with public safety laws. Personal data are treated according to the privacy law EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament. Late check-in fees: We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day. However, we kindly ask you to understand that we charge for late check-in. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival; €30 after 20:30 and €50 after midnight. Note: During your stay with us, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all necessary bed linens and 1 kitchen towel. Upon request, we can provide an extra cleaning and/or fresh towels and linens throughout your stay for an extra fee. Early check-in/Late check-out: You can request early check-in and/or late check-out upon availability for an extra fee. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEYS: - In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. - If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. - We remind guests to NEVER leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment.
